How billing works
Total cost = Carrier Fee + Model Fee
Under this model, you will pay Carrier Fee for telephone lines and Model Fee for combined model usage. All prices are in USD.
Call preparation and pre-connection may use model resources. Model fees may apply even if the call is not connected.
Rates by calling mode
Outbound supports One-shot-call and Goal; inbound supports Goal only.

Coverage: Domestic rates apply to the United States (US) and Canada (CA), with more regions planned.
Billing periods: Model Fee uses 10-second periods, regardless of the agent's speaking time. Domestic Carrier Fees are billed in whole minutes, rounded up: both 30-second and 60-second calls are billed for one minute. International Carrier Fees follow the carrier's applicable rates and billing increments; Model Fee rates remain unchanged.
